Lurex Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Lurex order. If anything’s off, we’ll make it right.

Returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if it is:

• Unused

• In original condition

International orders (outside U.S) and items that have been used for play can’t be returned.

Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it for free.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
